Jacqueline has a background as professional dancer and have used yoga as a complement to her career, but also life, to stay injury free, flexible and strong - in both body and mind.

Her yoga classes is a blend between Hatha and vinyasa, making it functional AND APPROACHABLE TO NEW PEOPLE TO YOGA AS WELL AS advanced. She is also a yin yoga, pranayama and meditation teacher.

Ricky Q.

Ricky Q. is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor specializing in functional movement, strong asanas, breathwork, and energetic healing practices such as Reiki. Based in New York City, Ricky is transitioning to Sweden to share the transformative benefits of yoga with the community of Stockholm.

With a diverse teaching background from renowned studios like Y7 and CorePower Yoga, Ricky has guided students of all levels, focusing on alignment, mindful breath, and dynamic flow. He also integrates Reiki energy work into his practice, offering a holistic approach to healing, relaxation, and spiritual growth.

Ricky’s passion lies in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where each student feels seen, empowered, and nurtured. By combining traditional yoga practices with somatic healing techniques, he encourages students to explore the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. His classes leave students feeling grounded, balanced, and rejuvenated, fostering a practice that extends beyond the mat.

Rié O.

Rié is a certified yoga teacher from Tokyo, Japan. With seven years of experience in yoga studios in the heart of Tokyo and Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam), she has established herself as a Vinyasa specialist, creating well-designed sequences that cater to every heart and body. She guides participants at all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, in exploring their bodies through movement, postures, breath work, and mindfulness practice.

Since she began her career, Rié has welcomed yogis and non-yogis alike, including locals and international visitors, whether they are one-time attendees or regulars in her classes. Rié’s passion lies in helping everyone incorporate yoga into their daily lives. Just as her own practice deepened during times of transition and relocation that impacted her lifestyle, she believes yoga can serve as a sanctuary for individuals seeking to reconnect with their true selves.

To ensure her classes accommodate the diverse reasons participants come to practice, Rié combines her knowledge as a certified teacher of Hatha Yoga (alignment-based), Vinyasa Flow Design, Yin Yoga (The Functional Approach), Insight Yoga, and Mindfulness for Wellness. Each class is delivered with her passion, compassion, positivity, engagement, and a sense of balance and freedom for every student.
